Where do you find your happines?

Through a 5 day lecture I learned that most people don't know where their happyness is.
When the doctor lecturing us asked us "where do you find your happiness", 95% of the listeners got their answer wrong!! ..
Then, to everyones surprise we were told that to get to the feeling of "Happiness" there are rules!..

Some of these rules are:

1) It should not depend on someone else,
Like a women when asked said that she feels happy when she hugs her daughter so her answer was wrong. Then she will never feel happiness if her daughter was not near her to hug !!..

2) You should be able to do the thing that makes you happy at any time,
Drawing for example is a right answer, a pen and a paper if everywhere to be found and in all times!! ..


It is so important to know what makes you happy, so its like a tool you can use when ever you need it, when timess are bad ..
